Ms. Genevieve “Evie” Tolley began studying Isshinryu Karate at age 6.  Twelve years later, now a San (3rd) Dan/Degree Black Belt, she uses her gifts and knowledge to teach others.  She is creative, dedicated, passionate, caring, innovative, motivated, and motivating.  These attributes led us to enlist her help in running the dojo’s all-important testing and promotion program as well as enlist her to frequently teach classes. In 2024 Ms Tolley was selected by the International Isshinryu (Karate) Hall of Fame as its Teen Karate Ka of the Year in the female, age 13-17 years old category.  In this selection she was picked over all other practitioners in that category worldwide.
